Spicy Peanut Noodles

Spicy Peanut Noodles

Spicy peanut noodles with ALL the flavor! 

Glossy. Gorgeous. Delicious. Think of it as your new favorite pantry noodle recipe. 


Makes 2 ramen packs or 10 oz worth of noodles

  • 10 oz or 2 ramen squares, prepared al dente according to package instructions and drained (without seasoning)
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs gochujang or any spicy chili paste 
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 1 tbs rice vinegar 
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 4 chopped green onions, green and white parts separated  
  • Handful of cilantro (about 3 tbs chopped)
  • 2 tbs sliced scallion 
  • 1 tbs minced garlic 
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • Optional: Seared protein like chicken or steak


  1. Prepare your sauce: Whisk together hot water, soy sauce, peanut butter, gochujang or chili paste of preference, and rice vinegar
  2. Saute garlic, shallots, and the sliced white part of the green onions in sesame oil over medium high heat for 30 seconds or until fragrant 
  3. Add cooked noodles and spicy peanut sauce, tossing with tongs over medium heat until glossy and combined (2-4 mins)
  4. Finish with scallions, cilantro, lime juice, and your favorite protein such as a fried egg
