Promotion Overview

The Sojourn Pottery Gift Card Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Sojourn Pottery ("Sponsor"). By entering this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sojourn Pottery and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter, submit your valid email address through the designated entry form on the Sojourn Pottery website during the active entry period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits multiple entries or tampers with the entry process.

3. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) $500 Sojourn Pottery gift card. The gift card is valid only for Sojourn Pottery products and cannot be applied to past purchases, combined with other offers or discounts, or redeemed for cash.

4. Prize Drawing and Odds of Winning

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

5. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. General Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

  • By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered emails or any technical issues that impact entry.

7. Release

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sojourn Pottery, its affiliates, and employees from any liability or claims related to your participation or the acceptance or use of the prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sojourn Pottery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

9. Force Majeure

Sojourn Pottery will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or technical failures.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved individually (not via class action) and exclusively in a court located in the United States. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by Sojourn Pottery for purposes of administering the Promotion and contacting winners. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or necessary to administer the Promotion.

12. Termination

Sojourn Pottery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any other factor that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.
