Everyone loves a pink drink, and these are the perfect elevated option to kick off a fun evening. French martinis depart from the traditional dry or briny options as they’re made with Chambord (a raspberry liquor) and pineapple juice for a sweet finish.
These can be batch prepped in advance (just increase the quantities by 10 and combine in a pitcher) and shaken with the egg white just before serving

Batch option: To make these advance, exclude the egg whites and increase all of the ingredient quantities by 10. Combine in a pitcher and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. When guests arrive, pour the prepared mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice in batches and serve. For large parties, it’s best to forgo the egg white as its becomes overly foamy in the shaker.
